FNB Debit card sold by Clicks unable to be registered

I purchased a FNB debit card from Clicks Sanctuary. You are supposed to register the card on FNB. Unfortunately I could not because FNB system does not allow you to. Fnb says I must sort out the problem with Clicks and Clicks says it is not their problem. I left the card with the branch and rather lose the money I paid because I was told the store cannot refund the money I paid t for the card. Pathetic service !
