Flue Vaccine

Hi, I took my mom for flue vacation on Saturday at Clicks Pharmacy Traderoute Mall, there was a bit of a long queue at the clinic... However we had advised the pharmecist that she's here for flue Vaccine and she apparently had to give us a sticker to continue seeing the nurse. When my mom was next to see the Nurse, she told her that she's only doing appointments today and that she can come back on Monday... Happy days, we left with that medication that was supposed to be used to inject her for the vaccination as that was given to us to go pay for and not that sticker they were referring to by the pharmecist, when she went back on Monday, the Nurse told her that she can't inject her with that as it was supposed to have been immediately done on the day she got it, she took it and said it needs to be thrown away and she needs to pay for another vaccination... Claims that the people who were working on that day were temps staff and that she had to just get a sticker that proves we have paid and now she told her she needs to pay for another Vacation... Which I'm definitely not doing. I'm going back to the shop tomorrow and I need to get my mom vaccinated for flue and I'm not paying again for what I already paid for. I'm really upset that we have to go there for the 3rd time now and they are not paying for my petrol, even though the second time around I wasn't there but she took taxi's to there all for nothing. Its really an excuse saying that there were Temps on the day because we don't work at clicks and we get there, thinking everybody knows what they are doing as its their Job. Please help me get this sorted out. They will need to compensate me for the run around as well and I'm definitely getting her vaccinated at no additional cost.
