Flu Injection for 97 year old.

Phoned Clicks Rossburgh (Southway Mall) to ask if the nursing sister could please come to my motor vehicle (parked in the handicapped zone about 100 metres from Clicks) to give my 97 year old mother her flu injection. She refused without giving a reason.(Granted I did not speak directly to the nursing sister but the message was relayed to her by the person on the phone) All our medication is purchased through this branch and surely not too much to ask in these serious times if this favour could not have been done. Went to another pharmacy( not Clicks) and the nursing sister gladly came out to the car and gave the injection. I know Clicks probably don't care what I think but this is service at its worst. Don't expect an answer. I mean what could they possibly say.
