Flexi timers are just as important as permanent stuff

Clicks is a retail company which consists of permanent stuff an flexi timers... Permanent stuff has got it well with clicks unlike flexi timers. Permanent stuff has all the benefits of the company but flexi timers are undiscribed... Flexi timer they don't get increase no matter if u worked 4 years for this company, if flexi timers do get increase, it will be R2 per hour increase which is not even a difference. Flexi timers don't even qualify for uniform even if u hv worked 4 years in which after all uniform represents the company. The union an clicks management are busy discussing a new contract for flexi timers which is more hours but it doesn't look like it's gonna happen...
