Fix the app

I have been a loyal client of click all of a sudden things changed, some purchases are not appearing but I’ve been using the same card. I buy everything from them cleaning stuff and medication. I even bought a iron which they can not pick up and unfortunately the iron is faulty. When you call the it doesn’t seem like they care. I’ve been buying like this from clicks I shows zero point but I bout boxes of good to give as Christmas gifts online but according to clicks they can’t pick it up so there’s nothing they can do. This is person that buy almost every month. So now all the effort I put in was for nothing.
