FILL PRESCRIPTIONS NO CALL OR SMS

My husband have chronic meds and time and again the pharmacy fills the script but I do not get a sms or call it is waiting for me. I find out when medical aid email me that they have paid a claim from Clicks Pharmacy Greenstone. Last month (May) I queried this once again and we found out that one medicine was not in the packet. The excuse - they did not have the blood pressure medicine and they have to order it. Why could they not get it in the 6 days that the filled script was laying there? It was prepared six day before. They asked us to come back the next day as they will order it.<br> Today the same story. Medical aid let me know they paid the claim. It was filled 24 June 2014!!! Six days later no call or sms. I can also see that there is 1 item missing by the amount that they claimed. I phoned Greenstone, Thembi and asked why am I getting this service. I got a call back and once again was told that the supplier is out of stock with glucophage and they only received it yesterday. Why do I not believe them, same story as last month. I said 1 item is missing, she checked on computer and yes, 1 item is not there. We are going to Dischem when this script is finished.
