Felt like leaving everything and never going back

I was standing in the queue and was told to go to till 6. Unfortunately their tills aren't marked very well and I ended up at till 8, where the rudest manager I have ever met simply said: \I don't know why you would think I called you, I am not a cashier.\" Was it not at that point her job to politely point me in the right direction? I have never had bad service at a Clicks, but I have never had such terrible service in my life. Clicks has definitely lost a customer in me, as well as my family and many of my friends. "
