'Feel good' slogan should be 'how can we NOT help'

<p>Click lifestyle centre pharmacy in Centurion. My home dr for 20 years faxes a script through for my husband and my daughter whom both have extreme bronchitis. The pharmacist doesn't even speak to me personally, she cannot read script, and conveys messages via the assistant.She refuses to give the medication because it is not the original but a fax, even though it was sent by the dr himself. Which they could just phone and confirm, but that is obviously too much effort. I have supported them for 3 years even though I've had unpleasant experiences.But this treatment was unacceptable. A pharmacist that should assist you when you or your family is ill and still doesn't care, says a lot about a person.</p>
