Feel frustrated and pay less for nothing at Clicks

On 26 November 2021 I placed an order on Clicks online on for 15x Pro Gum health, 6 x Total Toothpaste Charcoal and 3x Total 12 Pro Breath Health Toothpaste 75m. First my order was not delivered on time. On the 12th of December I sent an email following up on my order and there was no reply. On the 14th of December I called the store where I was supposed to pick my order and it was only then that I was told my order had been delivered and I can come pick it up. The next thing is when I opened my parcel only 14 Pro Gum health toothpastes were delivered instead of 15. I sent an email, wrote to Clicks on Facebook messenger and still no response. I called Customer care, twice, on 17th Dec and 12 Jan 2022 to report this and I was told the person dealing with online orders will come back to me. I am still waiting and still appalled by the horrible service I am getting from Clicks. I want my toothpaste, I paid for it.
