Feel Bad, Pay more.

Honestly disgusted in the feedback I received from clicks with a complaint I had, you're customer service is abysmal at best and if it weren't for one pharmacy manager I would stop any purchases at your stores all together. After my entire complaint and follow ups . I was offered a whopping R5.00 to be added to my cash back , after having to drive out petrol to countless stores because none of them follow the pricing correctly. As a loyal customer who shops at clicks every single month, this was disgusting for me and the query was never fully resolved. Do better
