Faulty Kettle- Clicks

<p>I bought a Russell Hobbs kettle 2016-09-26 and by December 2016 the power on/off had broken off, the kettle had rust and the lid had broken off.</p> <p>I had been told if anything goes wrong within a year I can take it back to the store with the box and till slip.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I took it back to the store, I was told the faults detailed above are normal wear & tear.</p> <p> </p> <p>What makes me angry is when I bought the kettle the terms of the 1 year warranty where not explained to me as they were when I returned it. I was even asked to read the back of my slip.</p> <p> </p> <p>Clicks Complaints is giving me a run around.</p> <p> </p> <p>Their reference number is Incident # ********** 7 (Ref:IN: ********** 7) Product Complaint - Camagwini</p>
