Faulty Card Machine???

Yesterday I had a very bad experience at the till at Clicks Richards Bay. I went to pay for my purchases and used my debit card. I received a sms to confirm payment, but cashier said it didn't go through and I have to wait 3 - 5 minutes for the \credit"sms"
