Faulty Airtime Voucher From Clicks

I bought a R200 Cell C airtime voucher from Clicks in Ficksburg on the 29th of October. We tried to load it without success, the ussd response kept coming back as "voucher does not exist" until eventually yesterday I called their head office and they referred me to the store that I bought it from. I went there today and was told that they have sent an email to their service provider and will call me back. My problem is, why couldn't head office have done that. Now I spent my entire lunch there and still haven't been refunded or given a working voucher. Clicks' relationship with their suppliers has nothing to do with me. You have MY money SORT IT OUT!!
