Fantastic Pharmacist Nick Liebenberg

To whom it may concern

We would like to commend you on the excellent service we received from a particular pharmacist, Nick Liebenberg, on the 3rd of December 2018.

My girlfriend and I are from Bloemfontein and visiting her family in Cape Town this holiday. We went to the Blaauwberg Clicks pharmacy, at one of the busiest times of the day, to pick up some medication that she needs to treat an autoimmune disease that she suffers from.

When we reached the dispensary counter we were informed that she had to pay a large amount extra because the medical aid would not cover her medication or that we would have to wait two more weeks before collection.

Because it is imperative for her to take her medication daily we had to phone her parents and ask if it was possible for them to contribute financially because we are students and cannot afford the extra expense.

We were speaking about how we would have to try to manage our finances for the rest of the time we would be in Cape Town when we reached the counter again. This time we would be spending what little money we had put aside for the holiday.

We were greeted by a very friendly man with a helpful smile, mr. Nick Liebenberg. He checked the system and without missing a beat assured us that he would solve the situation with the medical aid.

He spent over an hour on the phone with the medical aid and when he was put on hold he spent that time helping other clients or members of staff. His hands were always busy. He was friendly and professional to every person who had the pleasure of having him assist them.

He managed to resolve the issue with the medical aid. They covered the cost of the medication, gave enough tablets to last a month and we had no further issues.

We visited the pharmacy again today. It is with pleasure that I tell how how I overheard a man referring to Mr. Liebenberg as a "pleasant chap" when explaining to a different pharmacist who he had been assisted by previously.

Mr Liebenberg was also there, working tirelessly as ever, grinning as he went about his business.

This is the best service we have ever received. We might not see Mr. Liebenberg again but Clicks will be seeing us again.
