Fantastic example of good customer service from CYNTHIA!!!

Excellent service from a member of management at the Clicks store in Fochville!!! CYNTHIA is a very good example of good customer service and went the extra mile to help me with my clicks card so that I could redeem my points!! I use to work in retail for many years and I know how difficult it is to make sure all the customers is happy when they walk out of the store. CYNTHIA should be considered for a promotion, since she really cares about the customer and therefore also the reputation of the company!!
