Falsely Accused/Mistreated Pregnant Woman

On the 17th of Jan 2018 after being discharged from hospital I visited Clicks Gezina Galleries. I did not find what I was looking for so I made my to the store exit,where the alarms went off.I was then approached by William(the security) whom with food in his mouth asked to search my bag and he found preg omega pills(im preggies).He then asked for the slip and I told him I dnt have it as I have just been discharged from hospital and i even had a hospital tag on my wrist as proof. He went on to say that no slip means I stole the pills and He is confident that they are a clicks brand. I told hi to open the box so he could see that the pills had been used but he refused. As he was wasting my time I sarcasticaly suggested he call the cops. He ordered me to follow him where we walked past two empty offices,for him to tell me to sit in the hot stuffy kitchen where staff members were having lunch. I refused and he called the assistant manager Nicholas. Nicholas did not bother asking me my side of the story but went to arrogantly interogate me and even ask me who drinks the pills that i stole. I told him to check footage and my clicksclubcard as proof that the pills were bought at another Clicks store but he couldnt care less. Clicks is aware of this incident and its being handled by Sonja Bekker who does not give me feedback unless I call their head office. Im still waiting for a response from the legal team as promised by Sonja which has not happend. Is this the way Clicks resolves matters even though they were in the wrong?All I was offered by Nicholas was a R25 voucher for my ordeal,what an insult!
