Falsely accused of theft at Clicks Phoenix Plaza

Was absolutely horrified when I visited their Phoenix plaza store on the 24th of February 2020 to buy some essentials as the wife and I were going away for a holiday. I went to the pharmacy and put my stuff on the counter and asked to pay for items, only to be stopped at the door when exiting by security saying that 2 items were not paid for. To make matters worse, I was then told by the assistant store manager who introduced herself as the store manager that I am going to be arrested as this is considered theft. I was also made to stand by the door with the security guard, while other staff and customers looked and ridiculed me. The 2 items I was stopped for was a 10 pack of eno and 10 pack of gaviscon tablets, but had paid for other items valued over R150. I had then told the store manager to review the camera and see what had happened, but she said that they don't do that in any of their stores. I also has shown the assistant store manager the money I had available in my wallet as well as my bank account, and that i did not need to do what I was accused of. I was made to feel like a ******** and was completely traumatized by the experience, as I left the store shaking. I had to delay my departure time for my holiday, as I need to seek medical attention to assist with my anxiety. I have received a call from their call centre, saying they will investigate. A few days later, I received a call from one of their agents, apologizing for what had happened. I do not feel this is good enough, as I made to feel like a ******** and left emotionally scared by this incident. I am seeking assistance is escalating this matter to the highest possible authority, and making sure no individual has to go through this ever again.
