Falsely accused

Hi I would like to share my experience I had wit clicks the grove in Pretoria,I distribute magazine for this group,so this is my issue,the manageress Funeka Ndayi openly accused one of my workers for *****ing a cellphone and there was other 3 staff members present as well but to her mind they could not have taken it,and my worker is the culprit,even though when I asked her could it be possible that one of her staff could have done it,she said yes,but still blames my worker,this to my mind is extremely unbecoming of a so called manager and totally unprofessional,I pride myself in my work and my workers which I hold in high regard and for her to make it seem that employ ******* is totally uncalled for,she needs to clean out her own backyard first and to look at herself before casting shadows onto others,hope this can be resolved and her being brought book upon her actions,because clearly she is out of her depth and it seems as if her title has gone to her head.
