False Promotion Advertising

<p>So Clicks is running a promotion that ends on 23 April. They sent me an email with items that were on promotion. Items names and descriptions like "from R46.95". Every item went straight to the item and the price was exactly the same as website. All except for the Always Ultra promotion. Always<br />Ultra Night 14 Sanitary Pads priced from R46.95 each Always Mix N Match. Then I check their website and there is no item matching the minimum R46.95 listed. I called, emailed multiple times and finally after weeks received this email:</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you for your email.<br /> <br />Kindly note that according to our merchadising department we have a range of Always products on the Mix & match promotion.<br /> <br />These items that are on promotion have to reflect the lowest price point hence the “from R46.95”<br /> <br /> Should you require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact me.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is such false advertising its not even funny. Its also not okay to make people wait and make them contact that many times for you to respond with such a weak response. </p> <p> </p> <p>Dischem listed a price on their website and it was exactly the same instore. Its really disappointing to be dealing with such lies. </p>
