False online advertising

I had the worst experience from clicka when purchasing online they advertise the pampers megabox 50% off at a price of R214 i then purchase online make da payment and get a confirmation email saying that the order is being processed 2days after i get an email stating they do not have stock and offer a online refund voucher of R275 or a bank refund which takes 14-17 days it really upsets me how a bank refund can take so long? where is 1 supposed to get money to purchase pampers your child needs if the bank refund takes so long? There price of pampers is extremely high which means i end up getting less nappies when the megabox of 132 was advertised for the price of R214. Iam extremely dissapointed in clicks and devasted that i have to give out even more money right now? money that I dont even have.. Below is the email Dear Chanelle
