False advertising / Robbing clients

I purchased a pair of Volkano headphones in Menlyn park shopping centre on Tuesday 05 February 2019. On the shelf the items price was R369.00, upon getting to the till, the price was R399.00. This is false advertising.

Today, I go to another clicks and the price is R319.99. I find it very funny that the price varies so much from Clicks to Clicks for a franchise(chain store).

I have sent an email about this almost a week ago and still no response.

I am not very happy with Clicks and the level of how you rob clients.
