False advertising pathetic Service

I went clicks Chatsworth 21 May to purchase the Men's Loreal cream. Was on special buy 3 pay for 2. Unfortunately they did not have stock. Manager took my details. But I received no call. I went to the store again today 29 May still no stock. But I was told stock will arrive in week on (21 may). How can the keep an adverti*****t But not have stock.Todsy there was Indian gentlemen Manager on duty. His reply was they **** have nothing they can do. You must try another store. What kind of pathetic Customer Service is that. They show no care in assisting or caring for the Customer. Real disappointing when in these tough times I using my vehicle wasting fuel to go up and down to the store,they still have the advert but no stock.
