False advertising on website

There’s a 50% off savings badge AND 20% badge on Toni&Guy XXL straightener on the website. According to Benebelent (Ben-team lead of customer service), it’s either one or the other that’s app**** on the promotion. He contradicts himself by saying the 20% off is app**** to the original price—R999 (which amounts to 799) and then the 50% off on the promo price (which is supposed to amount to R399 AND NOT 499.

He is so arrogant and unhelpful. This service is disgusting. Clicks is false advertising with this promotion. Further tells me to read terms anconditions on the website when there is no disclaimer on PDP.
