False advertising on promotions

I saw the special with the Revlon foundation where you get the eyeliner for free. I went to Click Parkview and Atterbury where they advertised the special, but when I got there they did not have my shade(Nude 002 in Combination/Oily). They only have dark colors and the ladies said that is all they received. I am very disappointed, how can you run a promotion and then don't even have all the shades?!
