False advertising + nonexistent service

<p>Online store displays an item as in stock. </p> <p>Clicks takes the money - one week later they mail to say "no stock"</p> <p>Refund will take another week.</p> <p>I don't want a refund - I want the product advertised, that I paid for a week ago.</p> <p>No repsonse to email, or on twitter.</p> <p>Shocking service.</p> <p>Order: 161 ********** </p> <p> </p>
