False Advertising - No stock of advertised item

There is a Safeway Wide Straightener advertised online valud until 19 October 2022 but there is no stock. Hie convenient!!!!!. This is just false advertising and to waste the customers time. Even the branches do not have stock. The branches that may have stock are too far away from me and inter branch delivery is not possible. What pathetic customer service. Why advertise stock that you do not have and cannot supply? Terrible and Shocking Service.
