FALSE ADVERTISING & LACK OF COMMS/ SERVICE

I searched for kettles and found one at Clicks online. I clicked on the link to be directed to a 404 page. After this I was continually remarketed to with ads for this product. I commented on the ad saying that they were advertising a product that goes to a 404. They got back to me the next day and told me the product was not in stock and had been removed from the site. I emailed back saying that was not acceptable - how can you advertise/ remarket a product when it isn't in stock?! To make matters worse, I am STILL being remarketed with said product that is not in stoc**** I have emailed them 3x and NO response!! @Clicks, get your advertising correct and respond to your customers! Honour what you advertsie, even it isn't in stock, make a plan with a substitute. You cannot advertise/ remarket products that you don't have!! I have repeatedly also been overcharged in yr stores with so-called speacials. Only to look at the receipt and be charged the full price! Bad service/ comms and VERY POOR/ INACCURATE advertising. *********! #clicks
