False Advertising in store

I went to Clicks in Dobsonville yesterday (09 June 2022) and I saw a Handheld Garment Steam "is/was" R 239 and because I didn't have my card on me to purchase it I decided to come the next day (meaning today 10 June 2022) and I had to call out for help as the staff was having a group meetings during working hours and I was told it was still on special even though the special ended on the 07 June 2022 then when I got to the till the price miraculous changed to R 339 but why is the red sticker still there, so it's implying the the Garment Steamer is still on Special meaning this store is false advertising and getting our hopes high because I've been looking for one for ages now. I really disappointed in everything at that store. Guess it's because it's in a black community.
