False advertising from Clicks

Clicks club card points is a waste of time.I’ve been using my card to earn points at every fuel up by my local Engen garage but clicks have not been rewarding me with my points.I submitted my query to them via email and only got a response 3 weeks later.They only credited me a few points but not from the last time it was ever credited, there is still a huge amount outstanding and looks like they are going to cheat me out of my points.This is ********* and unfair business practice with false advertising.
