False advertising

I bought a foot spa massage online during the 50% off sale at clicks and to my dissapointment I was misled by the picture on the website and the flyers.

I specifically bought this product because it supposedly has massage rollers as depicted but to my surprise when my product arrived this was no where to be found.

This is false advertising that significantly affects consumers purchasing decesions but clicks doesn't seem to care.

I emmediately sent my complaint to ***, it's been 3 months now, I haven't even gotten a slight response. I recently so this product on the flyer with the same misleading picture. If only customers knew.
