False advertising

Safeway heater (220655) was advertised on the online shopping and in the advert it’s out of stock I then asked them to check which store I can go to to the heater and all the stores they sent had zero heaters even though the head office says they 4 or 5 now I am stuck no heater over two hundred rand on phone calls and driving up and down. Customer service is bad I am just frustrated at this point
