False advertising

I went to clicks cycard center on the 6th August to check the 40% electronic special so i saw a poster in store which indicates that the special will end on the 19th August 2024 and i took a picture so to remember and today when i got there ,am being total that the special has been called off and what surprise me is that there's was no note which indicates that or even apologizing for the inconvenient,can someone explain this bad experience please.i need the appliances ,such a big company not caring about their reputation.
