False Advertising and Terrible service!

I had received an email from Clicks, that advertised a free gift when purchasing any Revolution product. I received my purchase with the free product. I sent Clicks multiple messages on Instagram, Facebook and to the customer service email. They eventually responded to my Instagram message , now it is a matter of them awaiting feedback from the online department.
