False advertising and bad attitude

I went to a Clicks pharmacy last Saturday for a pregnancy and mother wellness consultation. This kind of service is advertised on the Clicks website. <br> <br> The nurse opened her consultation room, I told her what I was there for and she was extremely dismissive. She wanted to give me a pregnancy test and I said I have already had one. After hearing that she proceeded to talk down to me and my partner about MOU's as if she were doing us a huge favour by giving us her time.<br> My partner interrupted to ask what an MOU was and she just proceeded as if he hadn't said a thing.<br> <br> Please Clicks do not waste people's time by advertising services you do not provide. This nurse was either not interested in consulting with me or she didn't know this is a service offered by Clicks pharmacy. <br> <br> Either way I felt extremely insulted by the way she spoke to us and very annoyed that I wasted my time going there for a service she was so unwilling to provide.
