False advertising

I am a very unhappy Clicks customer and it's not funny anymore.

Last of last week I have been making calls to Clicks Club card department where I was complaining about my Clicks points card that I am not accumulating any points and I use that card all the time to fill the petrol and buy at Clicks.

Every time I complain about this at Clicks they always tell me to wait till 24th of the following month and that's since last year they were saying that. I need my points and that department is very useless they keep on dropping calls on me when I call then. I need my points as in yesterday I can't spend so much for nothing that's a false advertising.
