False advertising

Clicks refused to sell me deli prawn chips for the advertised price on the leaflet of R13.99 which didn't indicate the gram/quantity of the product. Wasted time on a call with customer services which also told me he(customer service agent) sees the advert the way I do yet the issue wasn't resolved. Pathetic service and management!!!!
