FALSE ADVERTISING

On 14 January 2016 I purchased Vita Thion on my medical aid, off the shelf, - Buy any 3 Vita-Thion products - cheapest 1 free the sticker read. Was told that I had to go to front in order to get the 3rd one free.<br> At the front shop I was told that this was not valid, only app**** to front shop purchases. I ended up speaking to the Branch Manager and told her that this was false advertising - nowhere does it state for front shop purchases only. The manager even agreed but merely stated she cannot do anything about it, she will take it up with Head Office. She didn't bother to take down my details, seemed as if she was irritated and just wanted to get me out the way. I then gave her my cell number and email address. To date I have received no feedback, nothing!<br> I did forward my complaint to their customer services - their reply - that it is advertised on their brochure. Fine, I get that - but I didn't buy it from the brochure - I am a \walk-in"customer. I was then told that it would be escalated their complaints resolution team.
