False advertising

My wife bought a Safeway fan heater at Clicks Douglasdale that was marked down by 20% When she checked the till slip, they charged the full price without applying the discount. She returned to the store to complain and was told by the manager that the discount only app**** to the white heater and not the black one she bought despite the discount label on the shelf not making any mention of the colour and refused to give the discount. The sad reality is that Clicks do this on a regular basis and often come up with reasons not to go out the discount. Really despicable tactics from Clicks!
