False advertising

I have had the worst service today at Clicks they advertised L'Oreal studio line Hot products at R55.95 valid 22Oct-22Nov I go in store at the Clicks ar the Lemon Tree shopping centre and they haven't updated their prices on the studio line hot products but have done so for the matt & messy products. went to the till to pay and it rang up as R79.95 when I asked why it cost so much they told me it was the shelf price I then showed them the advert and they said no it wasn't for that product but yet it was from the hot products as it stated in the advert, they then told me that they can't change the prices and I then challenged them with false advertising which in turn they got aggressive towards me and said that I should take one of the cheaper ones then only will they change the price just for me which I said was bull **** as the product that I took was a hot product, they then turned their back on me without helping me and walked away... I find this disgusting and if this is how they treat their customers then they will not find me in their store again... I will take this further and I will get my money back...
