False advertising

I walk into Clicks Lephalale and there is a whole isle marked with items with purple gift stickers on it. I pack my basket vir 3 for 2 items as we all know very well that is the promotion the purple gift sticker means. Get at the till sorry the promotion is only starting on th 7th of November. Peter explains the sticker means nothing if a promotion is not running. I call customer care spoke to Jamine Scout she maintains the sticker means nothing. Why would you put stickers on items if you know everybody knows what it means a week before the promotion start and no where indicate when your already advertised (stickers on items) promotion will start. How else would I know when the promotion is running? No boards no nothing. How can they say the sticker means nothing?
