False advertising

Last week 19/03/2017 i bought White Glo the Diamond Series, that clearly states that should your teeth not be "visibly whiter in 7 days or your money back", now after the 7 days, my teeth obviously aren't whither, i normally buy the whitening Pen, and it works like a bomb. Case in point, yesterday i called Clicks head office as their receipts does not provide contact details for the shop that you've used. Clicks now don't know what product i'm talking about, asking me when i bought the stuff, when did i start using the stuff and actually calculated for me when i should've ended using it. After all of that, i was send to the shop.

I really don't understand why some of us in this country still bother to be decent customers, as we are just being taken as ****ing fools. Only Clicks knows why it would sell this not so cheap teeth whitening products that doesn't work attracting us with false advertising. It's just too freaking easy to claim ignorance.

Get this product out of your stores since you don't want to honor your end of the bargain when it comes to this particular product.

I'm seriously very upset and not impressed, and i'm not even gonna go to the shop where i've purchased it as i know for a fact if head office has a problem with this, surely the branch will an issue too..
