false advertising

Just went into a clicks store and the Cadbury chocolates are advertised as being 5 for R27.80. The shelf tags advertising this do not specify which chocolates are on special...Just that the process are marked down but not what they are now priced at. I therefore chose 5 which included flakes. At the till I was told that flakes don't form part of the promotion even though this is not specified anywhere. I don't think this is fair to consumers and is extremely misleading.
