False advertising

<p>It has happened so many times that I buy specials from clicks that they advertise as buy 3 for the price of 2, cheapest one free, only to get home and check the slip and see some of the specials didn't get deducted. So today I stayed at the till after paying and checked the slip and once again they didn't deduct one of the items. The special read, buy any 3 Lentheric deodorants and get the cheapest one free. When I showed the manager this she was very rude and said that the special is only for Hoity Toity. I told her that is not what the card read and she started shouting at me that it is only for Hoity Toity and that's why the card is only under the Hoity Toity bottles. I couldn't believe that she was this rude and left.</p>
