False adverti*****t

On 27 of December 2017 , I bought a blender at clicks sabble square. The price read R399, the lady in store which also helped me confirmed the price was R399. Brought me a new one from the back office. But I was charged R499. I only discovered this few days after, when I was recording my expenses. I went back straight to the store . The guy that assisted me was very nice he knows how to deal with a customers. On the other hand the manager Devina she does not has any manners for customer service. All she wanted me to know is that she was th store manager. Which I found very ridiculous. Titles don’t mean anything even if you are a president. Your customers don’t need to know that.

If I was wrong I was going to apologize and walk away , but I wasn’t. Their excuse is, it was Christmas special and the time I bought it the special was over. But then why was the price there and a stuff member confirmed to me the price was R399. Even spoke to Chanaaz at the customers service still they failed to help me. I have wasted my time, and money to come to the store.

This is the worst service. Obviously these people they don’t care about loosing customers. I’m really beyond annoyed with this company that won’t and are not interested to listen to their customers.

This is false adverti*****t, should never be entertained, nor tolarated anywhere . It’s unacceptable.
