failure to exchange
On the 17th of March I asked my girlfriend to buy a hairclipper from clicks. Tried to shave using the clipper but I could not get a clean shave,tried to adjust the clipper but the results were the same. On 23rd I asked my girlfriend to return to clicks for exchange,she was helped by the guy who is in charge of the hairclipper department. The guy refused to exchange the chipper. I feel cheated by clicks as the hairclipper can not perform the sole purpose I bought if for. Please help.
