Failure to deliver my parcel. Who should die before I receive my parcel?

I ordered a couple of things from your online shop. Clicks' delivery is apparently 1-3 working days. Why am I still waiting for my parcel? I received a call from a clicks call centre person, they asked if I would be home to take my parcel. Like... Why? Please deliver my parcel, this is ridiculous. You cannot state one thing on your website and do another. It's *******. False advertising is *******.
