FAIL TO DELIVER PRESCRIBED MEDICATION AS PROMISED

Yesterday I visited the Clicks branch at Ferndale on Republic to collect a prescription that is registered with Clicks. I was told by the pharmacist that the medicine prescribed was out of stock but they offer to deliver it to my home the next day by 13h00. As nothing had arrived by 16h00 I tried calling them but they failed to pick-up. I then called their customer service department who said they would email the branch. At about 16h30 the branch called to say the delivery person was on the way but stuck in traffic. At 18h30 the pharmacist himself delivered the medication saying the courier had return several parcels at 18h00. The is disgusting when people need the medicine and they only excuse I got was deliveries are contracted out. CLICKS, IT'S ABOUT TIME YOU CHANGED YOUR COURIER COMPANY.
