Factory faulty Iron

My experience was terrible and I felt undermined by the store manager and she was rude and I felt like she was rude to me in Gugulethu Mall. I went there to exchange an Iron that I so believe its a factory faulty issue it just opened up and became loose and the iron still gets warm and on when I plugged,and when I was explaining that to the guy that was assisting me by the customers service desk she came passing saying arg u broke u broke that iron we2 and u came here to take ur chances and this guy advice me to try to put the iron together and see how it will go or take it to the store and I told that that I bought that there gugulethu store.and this lady I so believe that she is a store Manager was very mean and every one at the store was looking at me and I left the store.right after that day I sent inbox complain on they massager and no one got back surely its something that they do if they appliances are faulty.Cause normal when I send a massage to enquire about products I get reply.I bought the iron in MARCH
