Eye ointment that I never received

So I went with my prescription at Bridgecity Clicks to buy some eye ointment. Paid for it and went hom, that time my baby is sick with an eye infection R140 if I'm not mistaken. I was promised the next day collection, I sent someone to collect the meds for me but apparently they were not ready since I did not receive any SMS I had to wait. I waited till today no communication nothing no refund no meds absolutely NOTHING!
