Extremely Unhappy Customer

I have been collecting my prescription from Clicks Dihlabeng for a while and everything has been going on well until 4 months ago. They stopped sending me reminders and when I phoned they will tell me to give them time to order my meds. Phoning them is an extremely complicated process where they send you from pillar to post. Last month they had the meds delivered to my work. Now there is no message and no meds. I have to queue.
